Varmint at Attack Cartoons has this to say about campaign of defamation against Sarah Palin and the Tea Party:

Of course Jane Fonda just had to join the chorus of lefties condemning Sarah Palin and the Tea Party for the Tucson Massacre... by posting on Twitter.

Thus demonstrating that she has become something of a twit.

The old school Communist form of lying only worked, if it ever did*, during the age of the industrial mass media. Comrade Fonda and the other old school Reds are simply refusing to face the fact that the new cybernetic personal media allows us to get to the truth far more quickly than the old propaganda machine can react to an event. The OODA loop** of people using the cybernetic personal media is far shorter in time than the reaction time of the industrial age propaganda machine controlled by the present day Reds. And even though the Reds, like Comrade Fonda, are trying to use the personal media to disseminate their message, they no longer hold a monopoly on the means of dissemination.

The Reds and other like minded idiots are going to be washed away in the flood of truth.

* "There is no truth in Pravda."

** Orient-Observe-Decide-Act. The OODA loop, also known as the Boyd Cycle, was identified by a Colonel Boyd of the United States Air Force when he was doing research on the dogfights that happened during the Korean War. Those who are functioning within a shorter Boyd Cycle will have an advantage over their opponent in combat.

Hanoi Jane should have been burned at the stake many, many years ago.

Why anyone would pay any attention to her blathering is beyond me.

I was invoking the "Cry Wolf" rule on the Left back during the Cold War.

Never heard of the OODA Loop, but I like it. Someone (I forget who) once said that you always get the most honest reporting as the story is first breaking. The cameraman and the spin doctors do have Loops of vastly different length, don't they now...
